Dr. Chad Albrecht is Head of the Marketing & Strategy Department, and a Professor of Strategy in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Throughout his career, Dr. Albrecht has produced more than fifty publications, including several books and many research articles. Dr. Albrecht’s research has been used by the AICPA and the Institute of Fraud Prevention (ACFE) in training, research and other educational initiatives. In addition, his research has been quoted more than 3,000 times and has appeared in various news agencies, including The Times of London and In-Flight Magazine. Before becoming a professor, Dr. Albrecht worked as a licensed stockbroker for The Harris, a subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal.

Dr. Miriam Diez Pinol

Dr. Diez professional career has been motivated by her interest in people and organizations at their broadest perspective. She earned a PhD in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. For several years, she has served as a research coordinator for the Institute for Labor Studies in ESADE Business School and as such, has published numerous articles in scientific journals. She was involved with different organizations, academic entities (universities) and worldwide enterprises. For over decades, she has accumulated experience in training, coaching and managerial development. As an organizational consultant, she worked in companies in different economic sectors (ranging from health, education, retail, tourism, and more). She has written (and coauthored) books and articles related to the management of human resources, as well as the well-being of people in the workplace. In parallel, she has been a member of the Work Psychology section of the College of Psychologists of Catalonia (2002-2004) and a guest lecturer at several international business schools. Since 2014, she has also been involved as an entrepreneur in her own retail business projects.
