Madrid, September 16, 2024 – Advantere School of Management proudly announces the appointment of Simón L. Dolan, President of the Global Future of Work Foundation, as the Senior Director of Research and Program Development. In this role, Dolan will lead initiatives to foster a strong research culture within the institution.
His primary responsibilities will include supporting Advantere’s faculty members in publishing their research, enhancing the school’s brand presence, and developing innovative programs aligned with the future of work vision. Dolan’s expertise will ensure Advantere remains at the forefront of training leaders for the ever-evolving workplace.
Simón L. Dolan is a highly esteemed academic with over four decades of experience. He has held teaching positions at prestigious institutions such as McGill University and the University of Montreal in Canada, and ESADE Business School in Spain, where he chaired the Future of Work program.
