Former Full professor at ESADE, the University of Montreal, McGill University, Boston University and others. Published over 70 books (in different languages), and over 150 articles in journals destined for business and the academia. Paradigm breaker and highly solicited speaker on issues of work in tomorrowland, culture reengineering, innovative coaching and new leadership. 

Jaume Gurt

I am Jaume Gurt,  engineer in telecommunications and PDD  from IESE Business School. I joined InfoJobs in 2002 as commercial Director to help develop the online business model and the respective design  and strategy for deploying a sales team at the national level. In June 2010 I became the CEO/general manager of InfoJobs. To overcome the economic crisis in Spain, I  decided to transform the culture of the company where the core values were happiness, joy and development of people as the key to imagine new products, establish new relationships with customers and suppliers, strengthen the organization and making it more efficient and innovative.

Visiting professor at many leading European Business Schools such as HEC (Paris) and ESADE (Barcelona).  Entrepreneur and author of several futuristic books and articles in the fields of Business and Management. Co-Founder  & Chairman of e-Merit Academy. Managing Director Innovation Services at Frei+Raich Ltd. in Zurich.
Creator of innovative methodology to foster creativity in groups and organizations, and an expert in helping executives develop and organizations transform.

He is an Engineer, Diploma in Senior Business Management by IESE and Diploma in Judicial and Commercial Expertise and Socio-labor Audit. In 1987 he founded the CMR Ibérica group, of which he is president. He is a Counselor, Executive Coach, Personal Mentor and Strategic Advisor of several Companies. He has trained more than 40,000 professionals. He acts as “executive coach” and “personal mentor” of senior executives in different national and multinational companies. He has belonged to the faculty of ESADE, IESE, EADA, UPF, University of Barcelona, ​​Francisco de Vitoria University, etc. He is the author of the books “La Travesía. 18 keys to reach a good port “, currently in its 10th edition,” La Charca Silenciosa “(2aedició)” The Art of Managing Time “and is now in its 5th Edition. Javier de Pablo Ayllón

Javier graduated in Economics at the Autonomous University of Madrid; he is member of the College of Economists of Madrid. He has vast experience as senior executive in different sectors acting as financial analyst and  banking risk consultant.  He was project manager in developing the first mega shopping center in Spain – La Vaguada  (constructed by  the French group – Suez). Javier has spent over 30 years as CEO in the field of real estate companies and in the fashion and accessories industry. Additionally, he has been consultant and trainer in banking risk analysis and in financial training to banks and financial institutions´ employees.  He is Member of the AED (Spanish Association of Executives).

 

Adela Maldonado Galera

SPOT PASSIONATE SUPER MINDS TALENTED ENTREPRENEURS

Adela has spent many years of her career in the art industry. Over the years, she has accumulated today diverse work experiences that facilitate her role as spotting super passionate and visionary talent.   As of 6 years old, she begun the ballet training in Barcelona and St Petersburg preparing her to become a classical ballet dancer. During the many years of training she attended some of the best known ballet schools in the world (Barcelona, Russia, London, Paris  and Cannes). Later, she performed briefly with renowned ballet companies such as Maurice Bejart of Belgium, Liceu of Barcelona, and others.  Additionally, she was on stage in large metropolitan opera o ballet centers, such as Teatro Colon – Buenos Aires, Teatro de la Moneda – Brussels, and many others.  In addition to ballet dancing, she worked as a model (fashion industry), director of fashion shows, an actress (roles in movies, TV shows, and many commercial spots).   All of that, coupled with her strong intuition and high spiritual conviction,  enabled her to develop unique skills needed in this age and time to spot “passionate super minds talented entrepreneurs”. Her role in the foundation (which she has accepted with passion and joy),   is  to spot super mind champions  and convince them  to join not for the profit “Think-Tank” foundation,  and use their skills and collaborative intelligence in helping the foundation accomplish its  vision, which eventually contribute to a better world of work.

 

Miriam Díez

RESEARCH PROJECT COORDINATOR

My professional career has been motivated by my interest in people and organizations at their broadest perspective.I have a PhD in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Since 1993 when I started my professional career, I have been involved with different organizations, academic entities (universities) and worldwide enterprises. For over decades, I have accumulated experience in training, coaching and managerial development. As an organizational consultant, I worked in companies in different economic sectors (ranging from health, education, retail, tourism, and more).I have written (and coauthored) books and articles related to the management of human resources, as well as well-being of people in the workplace. In parallel, I have been a member of the Labour Psychology section of the College of Psychologists of Catalonia (2002-2004) and a guest lecturer at several international business schools. Since 2014, I am also involved as entrepreneur in my own retail business projects. In this 21st century, I hope to continue to dedicate my time and effort to what I truly love, work for and with people. I am interested in studying the impact of new technologies on the well-being of both people and businesses.
