Dr. Simon L. Dolan

PRESIDENT AND COFOUNDER OF GFWF

Professor and former director of the ESADE Future of Work Chair. Ph.D in People Management and Work Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Co-founder of E-merit Academy. Creator of the concept, methodology and tools of the “Managing, Leading and Coaching by Values”. Creator of the STRESS MAP and the methodology to enhance resilience at individual and organizational basis. Co-Creator of DOVA (a digital tool to undertake ethical audit in an organization. Founder of Gestion M.D.S. management consulting (Canada). Former Full professor at ESADE, the University of Montreal, McGill University, Boston University and others. Published over 80 books (in different languages), and over 180 articles in journals destined for business and the academia. Paradigm breaker and highly solicited speaker on issues of work in Tomorrowland, culture reengineering, innovative executive coaching, stress management and health enhancement and new leadership.

Dr. Miriam Díez

SECRETARY MEMBER OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD AND RESEARCH PROJECTS COORDINATOR

Miriam professional career has been motivated by her interest in people and organizations at their broadest perspective. She earned a PhD in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Since 1993 she begun her professional career. For several years, she has served as research coordinator for the Institute for Labor Studies in ESADE Business School. She was involved with different organizations, academic entities (universities) and worldwide enterprises. For over decades, she has accumulated experience in training, coaching and managerial development. As an organizational consultant, she worked in companies in different economic sectors (ranging from health, education, retail, tourism, and more). She has written (and coauthored) books and articles related to the management of human resources, as well as well-being of people in the workplace. In parallel, she has been member of the Work Psychology section of the College of Psychologists of Catalonia (2002-2004) and a guest lecturer at several international business schools. Since 2014, she is also involved as an entrepreneur in her own retail business projects.

Javier Casademunt

Javier S. Casademunt

Javier Casademunt is a professor, executive coach, mentor, and researcher, in the areas of neuroscience and leadership. Javier is the creator of the Resilience Rings Framework for building resilience on individuals and organizations. He holds a MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health by King's College London, he also has an Advanced Management Program by ESADE, a Master’s in Marketing and Commercial Management from ESIC, a Postgraduate Degree in Foreign Trade and International Economics from UB and Bachelor’s in Business Administration from European University. Javier is the Founder and CEO of the Neuromentoring Institute in Florida (USA), he is an Academic Collaborator of the Strategy and General Management department at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, and consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Latin America. He is a consultant to governments and organizations in the area of leadership, strategy and innovation. He holds, or had held, visiting or associate professorships at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Spain, University College Ghent in Belgium, Universidad del Pacífico in Peru and ESPAE in Ecuador, in addition to ESADE Business School in Spain.

Dr. Mario Raich

A Swiss expert in innovation and future thinker. Has 40 years of experience in executive education among others at Xerox, as VP at Citicorp and member of the management at Zurich Financial Services. Leader of large ten years project for development of entrepreneurs in Poland with over 15’000 participants. Visiting professor at many leading European Business Schools such as HEC (Paris) and ESADE (Barcelona). Entrepreneur and author of several futuristic books and articles in the fields of Business and Management. Co-Founder & Chairman of e-Merit Academy. Managing Director Innovation Services at Frei+Raich Ltd. in Zurich. Creator of innovative methodology to foster creativity in groups and organizations, and an expert in helping executives develop their organizations to transform. The last several years he is researching the Cyber-Reality and its impact on society, education, business and work.

Pedro Cesar Martínez Moran

From 1992 to 2014, I worked in Psicotec in different roles such as 1992-1996, Senior Consultant; 1996-2004, Training Director; 2004-2008, Training and Consultancy Director; 2008-2014, International Director and Training and Consultancy Director.From 2014 to 2020, I worked at Ampliatel as a General Manager.
Since 2022, I currently work as Director of Master in Talent Management at Advantare School of Management.Since 2017, I have been currently working as Director of Master en Recursos Humanos from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.From 1996 to 2014, I managed Executive programs at Escuela de Organización Industrial.Since 1996, I have been a lecturer at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.Finally, since 2018 I have been working as a researcher at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in the following fields: Talent Management, Leadership, and Human Resources.

Adela Maldonado Galera

CO-FOUNDER AND TALENT CAPTURE OF PASSIONATE SUPERMIND TO COLLABORATE WITH THE FOUNDATION

Adela has spent many years of her career in the art industry. Over the years, she has accumulated diverse work experiences that facilitate her role as spotting super passionate and visionary talent that will collaborate with the foundation. As of 6 years old, she begun the ballet training in Barcelona and St Petersburg preparing her to become a classical ballet dancer. During the many years of training, she attended some of the best known ballet schools in the world (Barcelona, Moscow, London, Paris and Cannes). Later, she performed briefly with renowned ballet companies such as Maurice Bejart of Belgium, Liceu of Barcelona, and others. Her role in the foundation (which she has accepted with passion and joy), is to spot super mind champions and convince them to join the “not for the profit “Think-Tank” foundation. She is using her persuasive skills to expand the foundation and bring new talents enabling the foundation to accomplish its vision.

Rodrigo V. Cunha

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATION GFWF-Brazil

Journalist and entrepreneur Rodrigo V. Cunha studies the contemporary movements of humankind in order to interpret and share stories in different formata: lectures, texts, presentations, articles, and conversations. He is the founder and CEO of Profile, a communications agency working with sustainability and positive impact driven clients. For several years, Rodrigo worked with communication and sustainability in the financial market for Banco Real and Santander Bank. Prior to the that, he worked in important newsrooms in Brazil and has been awarded for his work covering the entrepreneurship rise in Brazil. He is also TED’s former ambassador for Latin America. Rodrigo also created the project Humanos de Negócios, that became a book in 2020.
He also wrote the book “How to make a company work in an uncertain country”, chosen by Exame magazine as one of the 10 best in the world in 2004. Rodrigo created the +SocialGood network, for the United Nations Foundation, and is a founding member of Agora! movement. He is 46 years old, married and father of four kids.

Erasmo López

Former Social Media Strategist Manager of Fotocasa, Habitaclia and Infojobs and Emagister. Was trained as Journalist and graduated in social communication. Lecturer in the master program of LaSalle University, OBS and IEDGE in marketing and community Management. Has an extensive experience in the definition, implementation and application of strategies in social networks, content Marketing and online communities. Consultant and Advisor to companies in the definition and implementation of their digital content strategies.

Javier de Pablo Ayllón

Member of the initial constituent board of the Global Future of Work Foundation, effective promoter of its implementation and faithful and altruistic collaborator for its development until November 2023.
Javier graduated in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid; he is member of the College of Economists of Madrid. He has vast experience as senior executive in different sectors acting as financial analyst and banking risk consultant. He was project manager in developing the first mega shopping center in Spain – La Vaguada (constructed by the French group – Suez). Javier has spent over 30 years as CEO in the field of real estate companies and in the fashion and accessories industry. Additionally, he has been consultant and trainer in banking risk analysis and in financial training to banks and financial institutions´ employees. He is Member of the AED (Spanish Association of Executives). Recently, he co-authored a book in Spanish on “The Secrets of Resilience” (Profit Editorial)

Gustavo Piera

Member of the initial constituent board of the Global Future of Work Foundation, effective promoter of its implementation and faithful and altruistic collaborator for its development until November 2023. Was trained as an Engineer, Graduate in Senior Business Management from IESE Business School, and has a Diploma in Judicial and Commercial Expertise and Socio-labor Audit. In 1987 he founded the CMR Ibérica group, of which he is the president. He is a Counselor, Executive Coach, Personal Mentor and Strategic Advisor of several Companies. He has trained more than 40,000 professionals. He acts as an “executive coach” and “personal mentor” of senior executives in different national and multinational companies. Is/was seasonal lecturer at the faculties in ESADE, IESE, EADA, UPF, University of Barcelona, Francisco de Vitoria University, and others. He is the author of several books including: “La Travesía. 18 keys to reach a good port “, currently in its 10th edition, ”La Charca Silenciosa“ (2º Edition); ”The Art of Managing Time (currently in its 5th Edition). With an adventurous spirit, he is a good connoisseur of the sea and passionate about sailing. He is a licensed oceanic navigator.

Dr. Ramon Valle Cabrera

Member of the initial constituent board of the Global Future of Work Foundation, effective promoter of its implementation and faithful and altruistic collaborator for its development until November 2023. Professor Emeritus of Pablo de Olavide University. Former Full professor of strategy, innovation and people management at Pablo Olavide University in Seville (Spain). Former Dean and Department Chair at the same University as well as the University of Cadiz. Recipient of many awards and research grants as a recognition for the quality of his research and publications. Author of various books on management Strategy, and, on people management (latest book with Dolan and Lopez: Managing Talent in the XXI century – McGraw Hill) (2022). Organizer and co-creator of the biannual International workshop on Human Resource management.
